Steve is one of three field service engineers that share a 20ft container unit at our Tewkesbury Space Program storage centre. They work for one of the biggest white goods companies in the country. Their territory is along the M5 corridor through Worcestershire and Gloucestershire.
Whilst they are out looking after their customers, we receive deliveries for them. All their spares, appliances and tools are delivered to our self-storage centre. We lock everything away in their unit. The guys visit daily to get what they need at whatever time suits them.
We have other sites along the M5 and M4 that also act as bases for field service engineers and technicians in other regions. As well as Tewkesbury, we have Space Program business storage sites in Avonmouth, Bristol South, Weston-super-Mare, Bridgwater and Swindon.
Like us, Steve and his colleagues work for an essential service and need 24/7 access to be able to look after their customers properly. We offer 24-hour access at all our storage sites. We also take delivery of items at all our sites with our Sign and Store option.
