We would like to give a warm welcome to Nine Lives Cycles. Nine Lives are a new customer at our Bristol South Space Program.
They have 2 containers with us – they store their equipment in one, and work out of the other one to which we supply power.
Run by two qualified mechanics, Weylan and Jasper, Nine Lives save unwanted bicycles and give them a new lease of life. They aim to provide unique affordable bicycles that have been lovingly refurbished.
They specialise in cargo bikes (pictured). These bikes originated from Denmark and are incredibly versatile. They are often used by young families and businesses for local transport of people or goods.
Like all their bikes, Nine Lives fully strip, rebuild and repair their cargo bikes, incorporating modern upgrades to make them more user friendly.
Ian, our Bristol South Mission Controller, tried one of their electric cargo bikes. His verdict? “Great fun and an easy ride”.
Nine Lives choose The Space Program because we could provide electricity to one of the containers. They also liked how flexible our contracts are.
