Our Customer of the Month for June is Simon Voce of Bella’s Little Treasures.
Simon makes bespoke handcrafted wooden kitchens for children.
Simon used to run his business out of his workshop at home. This year his business has grown because of exceptional demand from families locked down under the Covid-19 restrictions.
His workshop became too small for all his materials and equipment so Simon started renting a unit at The Weston Space Program. He has rented one of our units with a power supply which means he can use power tools when he visits his unit. Being able to unload lengths of wood directly into his unit has been a real bonus for Simon.
Using self storage in containers and having 24-hour access means that he has been able to work into the evenings during the fabulous summer days we’ve had lately. In fact, things have been going so well for Simon, he has rented a second unit and is looking to recruit someone to help him.
It’s really good to hear of someone doing well during these really difficult times and we’re delighted that we’ve been able to help Simon as his business grows.
